Elisabeth is a specialist in international consumer marketing with significant experience in market entry strategy and planning, brand and portfolio development, advertising and market research. She spent the bulk of her line management career at Procter & Gamble, including an initial assignment in internal auditing. She then switched to marketing and worked on major brands like Pampers, Always, Clearasil, Kamill skincare, Ariel, Fairy, Pantene, Head & Shoulders and Vidal Sassoon in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and the UK.

After leaving P&G Elisabeth spent 6 months as Marketing Director at Premier Beverages (Typhoo and LHS tea, Cadbury hot chocolate brands) before joining a major European consultancy in 1998. There she managed several major local and global clients and specialised in strategic category marketing, international retailer management, benchmarking and training. She also recently supported the start-up of the Australian subsidiary.

Elisabeth grew up in The Netherlands and holds a dual degree in European Business Administration (Germany and the UK), a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird — The Garvin School of International Management and passed her exams for Certified Public Accountant. She combines extensive language skills with experience in a wide range of line management positions and a deep understanding of consultancy with excellent project management skills.
